Warrandyte Festival  
Friday 22 to Sunday 24 March 2012

The Warrandyte Festival is a celebration of living in and loving Warrandyte.

In March each year, the Festival welcomes thousands of locals, families and participants to experience the unique surroundings and village atmosphere.

On the banks of the Yarra, festival-goers enjoy the duck race, billy cart derby, great live music and fabulous festival fare. The kids are entertained all weekend while adults enjoy the swinging sounds of vibrant bands and catching up with friends.

Diamond Creek Indoor market

Platypus Festival

The Welcome Platypus festival seeks to celebrate the natural environment of Hurstbridge as well as raise awareness of environmental issues, especially in regards to our waterways and native fauna. Mostly, it is a fun day out for people of all ages with a special focus on children’s activities and entertainment.

Hurstbridge Farmers Market

Sunday 3rd March
8.30am to 1pm

Come and support local stall holders and enjoy the rural atmostphere of Hurstbridge.  

This friendly and relaxed market has a range of stallholders from Nillumbik and surrounding regions selling free range meats (including pork, beef and buffalo), fresh seasonal fruit & vegetables, olives & extra virgin olive oil, honey, eggs, cheeses, bread, wine, gluten-free products and a range of specialty produce.

Entry is $2 and all proceeds go to the CFA, the Market’s community partner.

Eltham Community Craft and Produce Market

The Eltham Community Craft & Produce Market is a place where locals and visitors alike come to enjoy a community atmosphere in a delightful setting under the gum trees.

The Diamond Valley Miniature Railway runs every Sunday throughout the year as well as Wednesdays during School Holidays.  Enjoy a great day out as you ride the popular miniature trains through tunnels and native bushland at Eltham Lower Park, Eltham.

Open from 11am until 5pm.

Only $3.00 per ride and children under 3 ride for free.

Special event in March - Diamond Valley Railway Night Run:

The Diamond Valley Railway's Annual Community Night Run will be held on Sunday 3rd March 2013 from 11am until 11.00pm.  It should be a great day/night out!
